At Moving Butlers, we take extra care of your furniture by protecting it with heavy-duty storage blankets in your home before transportation. If your items need an extra layer of protection, no problem – we also carry shrink wrap. Rest assured, knowing that your belongings are safe with us.
With our one flat rate, we’ll come to you and then return back to the office – all included in the price. And because we always want to be upfront with pricing, there will never be surprises for you.
We are required by law to pay $.60 per pound for any “damaged” item. We can repair or replace any item that is unable to be fixed if we so choose. All claims for damage (s) must be submitted in writing to Moving Butlers within 10 days after your relocation is completed. Please keep in mind that, unless otherwise specified, we have no obligation to accept any damage claims made afterward than 10 days following the completion of your move.
Any cosmetic damage to walls, floors, and ceilings will be repaired. If the damage is not easily repairable, our insurance agent or a settlement will be reached.
Yes, we can move in any sort of weather. All goods will be covered with storage pads or shrink wrap as they exit your home and dry after entering the truck or your new house.
We genuinely care about your move. When we arrive at your home, we will protect all of your hardwood and tile flooring for free. If you want a complete carpet barrier, we can also provide that for a modest price. Our objective is to make your relocation as simple as possible. You can trust us to keep your house safe.
The moving company will calculate the number of trucks you’ll need. If none of your items can fit on one truck, the team will either make a second trip or dispatch an additional vehicle.
Yes, however, carefully moving your plants ahead of time is the best way to ensure they won’t get damaged.
We used padded dollies and shoulder harnesses to keep your furniture from being damaged. If needed, our Maple Ridge movers will wrap your items to protect them further.
Because of the higher operational expenses, We may charge peak pricing during busier seasons. However, we always give upfront prices during the estimate procedure, and you will know the hourly fee before making your booking. There will be no unpleasant surprises on move day!

We safely and securely move upright (spinet), console, grand, and baby grand pianos. We need to come to give you an on-sight estimate for a grand or baby grand piano just to ensure we can keep it secure during the move.
